I was born and raised in a very small town, so small that there wasn’t a single advertising agency. Or a McDonald’s, for that matter. I still remember the day I told my mom the Big Mac was the best sandwich in the world, even though I had never tried one. I had seen it on TV and believed the hype.

Years later, against all odds, I became an advertiser.

That journey taught me two things: first, I can be extremely persistent when I want something ︎ Second, I grew up believing in the power of ideas.

Put those together and you get a third belief: ideas can change the world.

That mix of determination and faith has led me to create award-winning work I’m deeply proud of. But that third belief is what truly drives me now.

And then, I found a fourth truth: the real beauty of creativity lies in diversity. The best ideas come from different perspectives.

That'why I founded and I lead a social project in Brazil called PerifaLions, focused on creating access and visibility for young talents from socially vulnerable backgrounds who want to enter the advertising industry. In less than four years, the project has connected more than 700 students with leaders from top agencies, resulting in scholarships, mentorships, and job opportunities.
